Feb. 7, YMCA and YWCA of Shanghai and Hua'ai Charity Foundation of Shanghai collaborated to launch a spring festival visit to the elderly. On the day, nearly 30 members and staffers attended to visit 20 elderly families including retired board members, retired staffers and senior members. Among those some live alone or at an empty nest.

Via this sponsorship event, Hua'ai Charity Foundation widens the range served as well as gives retired board members and staffers to learn about the news of the Foundation. Each participated members and staffers also benefited from this visit. By designing and making greeting cards, and by purchasing and writing down spring festival couplets, the participants learned the significance of the event and the joy. It is also an unforgettable experience to meet and talk cordially with the visited elderly. "Do everything in love", and we can learn the truth of "It is more blessed to give than to receive".
