Feb 1 and 3,our entrusted-to-manage Xinqiao Town Community Cultural Service Center held two winter parenting events for more children and their parents to enjoy our wonderful service. The parenting salon surrounds the theme of spring festival. Children were led to do the guessing-photo game to learn about the customs of spring festival. Each child was encouraged to share how they spent their spring festival and listen to the myth of Nian and Xi Monsters. Led by our social workers, the children worked together with their parents to make small paper pockets decorated with big-eye red-tongue Monster Nian. Such an artistic handcraft delighted both parents and children. Many families from the community had a good time in our a-big-family-like center. In the laughter the harmony of community comes into being.
