On Jan. 31^st, an oath-taking ceremony for "Little Librarians" was held in Xinjiayuan Community Cultural Service Center. The "Little Librarians" project aims at encouraging the youth to take social responsibility during maintaining the order in youth reading zone in the community library. It also encourages the awareness of helping, serving and self-managing of the youth. With the promotion of volunteering service, the project would orient the growth of the youth and develop the spirit of volunteering in the younger generation.
