On Jan. 29^th, with the title of "Healthy Community, Caring Neighbors", a series of activities including health lecture and free clinic was held in Dujiangyan Youth Service Center. Specialists and doctors from medical center and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital came to introduce the seniors in the community on different topics: traditional Chinese medicine, common skin disease in winter and the early-staged symptoms and diagnose of elderly patients with colon tumor. These doctors also provided free service and health consultancy for them. Through these kinds of activities, the seniors learned about some disease at an early stage and they are encouraged to engage themselves in health care activities in a scientific way. Based in the center, a bridge of communication has been established between the hospital and the residents. Such activity brings more convenience to the community.
