On Jan. 28th, Dr. Jianrong Wu, General Secretary of YMCA of Shanghai and Representative of Shanghai People's Congress, was invited to Night Line Appointment of STV for an interview. Dr. Wu made a proposal on 2014 Shanghai People's Congress which focused on the express delivery industry in Shanghai that "express delivery industry should be normalized for its better growth and benefit the development of the express delivery industry in Shanghai". Based on this proposal, Dr. Wu suggested that our society and government should strengthen the recognition to express delivery industry and enhance the publicity; within the industry, formal standard should be established for the betterment of its development. Dr. Wu also advocated for the training of the couriers according to the idea of YMCA of Shanghai to "appeal for the urban security education and help migrants with their adaption in Shanghai".
