March 14, with the initiation of Shanghai Civilian Art Festival, Ruijin 2nd Road Community Cultural Service Center took the Planting Trees Day as the opportunity to launch an environmental-friendly theme activity with the slogan “enriching green, enjoying spring”. To promote and encourage the positive, healthy and environmental-friendly life concept, the experts from academy of agricultural sciences were invited to popularize the knowledge about environmental protection to community residents. They also instructed the old and young on how to cultivate small balcony plants.
