Luoshan Civilian Club is the first community service centre which was established by the NGO (YMCA and YWCA of Shanghai) with the cooperation of the government and operated by YMCA and YWCA of Shanghai independently. Its service spirit is “Human Oriented”. The special services include the senior care centre, autistic children care centre, activity centre for citizens and so on.
